Overview

Estorex BC is a three-parts epoxy mortar, based on a combination of base, hardener and selected graded fillers. 

After mixing, it forms a trowellable mortar with good workability and high adhesion. 

Application

Estorex BC is specially formulated for the following applications:

  • Nosing for bridge expansion joint system.
  • Bedding of bearing pads.
  • Crane rails.
  • Repair mortar and filling of cavities.
  • Bolts anchoring.
  • Heavy machinery mounting.

Shelf Life
The product will have a shelf life of 12 months.
Product Handling
Estorex BC and Estop Primer E11 contain epoxy resin, which may cause skin sensitization in certain individual.

Skin contact should be avoided, and suitable barrier cream shall be applied, or disposable rubber gloves shall be worn.
Storage Condition/Temperature
Estorex BC should be stored on pallets in dry conditions. If stored in extreme heat locations the shelf life may be reduced.
