Estopper Hypatite is a hypalon membrane for use in movement joint or crack in a structure to prevent ingress of water. It is bonded with Estobond Hypa, specially formulated adhesive.

Estopper Hypatite has been tested by SIRIM BHD, in accordance to ASTM D412, on the Elongation at Break and Tensile Strength and complied with the specification in this data sheet.

Application

Estopper Hypatite is suitable for buried joints and over strapping joints in:

  • Elevated structures such as car park decks, podiums, walkways and balconies.
  • Substructure such as basement, subways and tunnels.
  • Water works applications.
  • Waterproof membrane for bridge expansion joint system.

Shelf Life
The product has a shelf life of 12 months.
Product Handling
Ensure adequate ventilation when applying Estobond Hypa. Wear impervious gloves and barrier cream if user is sensitive to resin system. Wear eye protection.
Storage Condition/Temperature
Estobond Hypa should be stored in original unopened packaging in dry conditions under ambient room temperature. Shelf life may reduce if stored in extreme heat locations.
