Estogard EMB is a self-levelling epoxy cementitious underlayment which can be applied in self-leveling type or trowel applied. It is recommended as a moisture barrier for epoxy and polyurethane floor, over high moisture content and green concrete substrate. Minimum thickness of 2mm is recommended for Estogard EMB to perform as moisture barrier.

It can also be designed to use as a self levelling screed from 1.0mm to 3.0mm thick for patching concrete surfaces and as an underlay for carpets coverings.

Estogard EMB also can be used as a corrective screed / underlayment for cementitious or mineral based substrate.

Overview

Shelf Life
Estogard EMB has a minimum shelf life of 12 months.
Product Handling
Precaution

Estogard EMB should not be swallowed or in contact with skin and eyes. Wear suitable protective gloves and goggles.

Splashes on the skin should be removed with water. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. If swallowed seek medical attention immediately - do not induce vomiting.
Storage Condition/Temperature
Keep container closed and store in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated area. Shelf life may reduce if stored in extreme heat condition.
